Contract between Cardholder, License Holder (Expert-B LTD), and Merchant (EasyBeLtd OÜ) (Appointed Independent Representative and Distributor)

This meticulously crafted Terms of Use agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) represents a formal and legally binding contract among the esteemed parties: you, the esteemed Cardholder (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder”), Expert-B LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “License Holder”), and EasyBeLtd OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement meticulously delineates the terms and conditions governing your interaction with the services provided by the Merchant, subject to appointment by the License Holder.

Services
  • The provision of services under this Agreement is intricately predicated upon the meticulous appointment by the License Holder, Expert-B LTD, with meticulous distribution meticulously administered by the Merchant, EasyBeLtd OÜ.
  • The Merchant, EasyBeLtd OÜ, diligently assumes the fiduciary responsibilities pertaining to customer support, meticulous refund management, return processing, and scrupulous payout handling obligations meticulously associated with the services extended under this Agreement.
Obligations
  • The Merchant, EasyBeLtd OÜ, commits to providing comprehensive recourse towards the esteemed Cardholder for any potential disputes, discrepancies, or issues that may arise from the meticulous execution of services under this Agreement.
  • The License Holder, Expert-B LTD, undertakes the onus of meticulously providing services, explicitly excluding direct sale activities, which encompass a broad spectrum of functions including but not limited to the sale and/or purchase of instruments, meticulous processing of refunds, intricate management of returns, meticulous execution of redemption procedures, and scrupulous facilitation of payouts, among others.
Client Fund Protection & Risk Disclosure
  • Segregated Accounts: Client funds are maintained in segregated accounts separate from the company’s operational funds to enhance security.
  • No Investor Compensation Scheme: MISA does not offer a financial compensation scheme for investor losses, and funds are not insured under major international protection mechanisms.
  • Leverage & Risk Warning: Trading involves substantial risk, and clients may lose more than their initial deposit. Negative balance protection is not guaranteed under MISA regulation.
Acceptance of Terms
  • By consciously availing yourself of the meticulously delineated services under this Agreement, you unequivocally acknowledge and assent to be bound by the meticulously crafted terms and conditions set forth herein, thereby affirming your understanding of, and commitment to, the obligations delineated within.
Governing Law
  • This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in strict accordance with the laws of the Comoros Union, taking into meticulous consideration the fact that Expert-B LTD is licensed under the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA).
Payments, Deposits, Refund/Withdrawal Policy
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, bank transfers, and any other payment methods indicated on our website.
  • Payment Timing: All payments must be made at the time of purchase or as otherwise specified in the order process. We do not offer credit terms or delayed payment options unless explicitly stated.
  • Currency: All prices and payments are in your currency unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.
  • Invoices: For transactions requiring an invoice, one will be issued and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.
  • Taxes: Prices are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the relevant authorities.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Refund and cancellation policies are outlined in our refund policy. Customers must comply with the specified conditions to be eligible for a refund or cancellation.
Withdrawals & Chargeback Policy:
  • Withdrawals must be requested via the secure client portal and may be subject to verification procedures in compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Clients acknowledge that Visa/MasterCard chargeback rules apply but should attempt dispute resolution with the company before initiating chargebacks.
Deposit Terms
  • Deposit Requirements: Certain services or products may require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking or purchase. The deposit amount and terms will be specified during the transaction process.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the product or service. Please ensure you understand the terms before making a deposit.
  • Deposit Application: Deposits will be applied to the total cost of the service or product. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment terms provided during the transaction.
  • Forfeiture: Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the order or booking.
  • Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to bookings or orders that involve a deposit must comply with our cancellation policy. In some cases, changing a booking may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Security Deposits: For services or products requiring a security deposit, the terms regarding its return or retention will be clearly stated. Security deposits are typically refundable, subject to the return condition of the product or compliance with the service terms.
  • Deposit Disputes: Any disputes regarding deposits must be raised with our customer service team within 30 days of the transaction. Resolution will be pursued in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.
Dispute Resolution
  • Any complaints must first be submitted to Expert-B LTD’s compliance department for internal review.
  • If unresolved, clients may escalate their concerns to the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA), Comoros.
  • Legal disputes shall be resolved under Comoros jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
  • This Agreement represents the culmination of the entire understanding and agreement among the esteemed Parties with respect to the subject matter herein, thereby effectively superseding and nullifying all prior agreements and understandings.
  • No alteration, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed effective unless in writing and duly signed by the Parties, ensuring meticulous adherence to all legal and contractual formalities.
Severability
  • In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
